CALL CENTER TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our call center services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not engage our services.

  1. Services Provided

F-8 Solutions agrees to provide professional call center services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Inbound customer support
  • Outbound sales and telemarketing
  • Technical support
  • Lead generation
  • Appointment setting
  • Data entry and call logging
  1. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful scripts, data, and customer contact information.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with applicable laws and industry regulations.
  • Review and approve call scripts and materials in a timely manner.
  • Cooperate in onboarding, training, and ongoing communication.
  1. Compliance

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

  • Do Not Call (DNC) registries
  • GDPR, CCPA, or local data protection laws
  • Telecommunication and recording regulations

The Client is responsible for ensuring that their campaigns do not violate any local or international law.

  1. Call Recording & Monitoring

Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and training. Clients must ensure their end users are notified when required by law.

  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the course of service. This includes customer lists, call scripts, performance data, and any proprietary information.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with [e.g., 30 days’] written notice. Grounds for immediate termination include:

  • Illegal or unethical campaign content
  • Non-payment
  • Breach of confidentiality
  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or failure in performance due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, strikes, or government restrictions.
